First, let’s start with the potential streamers. Donovan Peoples-Jones (Dolphins), Wan’Dale Robinson (vs. Texans), Terrace Marshall Jr. (vs. Falcons), DeAndre Carter (@ 49ers), and Zay Jones (@ Chiefs) are your best bets in PPR leagues thanks to top-10 matchups and frequent targets, but you can also try Isaiah McKenzie (vs. Vikings), Marvin Jones Jr. (@ Chiefs), Marquez Valdes-Scantling (vs. Jaguars), Kalif Raymond (@ Bears), and Alec Pierce and Parris Campbell (@ Raiders). All have great matchups, and while their target floors aren’t nearly as consistent, they all can pay off with a big play. Guys like Raymond and even Jones Jr. should only be considered in deep leagues.
This could be the week to start one of these disappointing receivers: Courtland Sutton (@ Titans), JuJu Smith-Schuster (vs. Jaguars), Darnell Mooney and Chase Claypool (vs. Lions), George Pickens and Diontae Johnson (vs. Saints), and DeVonta Smith (vs. Commanders). Favorable matchups await, raising their floors and ceilings. All come with risks, but you could do much worse for your WR3/flex spots.

All of the WRs listed above are good pivots from Brandin Cooks (@ Giants), Adam Thielen (@ Bills), Allen Robinson (vs. Cardinals), Curtis Samuel (@ Eagles), Michael Gallup (@ Packers), Robert Woods (vs. Broncos), and Drake London (@ Panthers), all of whom have tough matchups and are generally inconsistent. London is your best bet among this group, but even guys with solid target totals, like Cooks (personal), if he plays, or Samuel, are risky this week. It’s all about what other options are available to you.

With the Bengals, Jets, Patriots, and Ravens on bye, we’re down Tee Higgins, Tyler Boyd, Jakobi Meyers, Garrett Wilson, and Devin Duvernay, among others, and with Romeo Doubs (ankle), Keenan Allen (hamstring), Mike Williams (ankle), Deebo Samuel (hamstring), Treylon Burks (toe), and Jahan Dotson (hamstring) all missing their last games, WR depth is even more depleted. We’re hoping Samuel is back, but it’s tough to count on either Chargers’ receiver returning.
WEEK 10 FANTASY PICKS: Sleepers | Busts | Start ’em, sit ’em
Overall, this is one of those weeks with plenty of tantalizing matchup-based options, but there are also several reliable target hogs with safer floors. Guys like Rondale Moore (@ Rams), Terry McLaurin (@ Eagles), and Allen Lazard (vs. Cowboys) aren’t in optimal situations, but decent games figure to be in their futures. If you’re a big underdog, you might opt for a receiver with a higher ceiling, but if you’re a big favorite, it might make more sense to take the “safe” points.
