Starting off on the injury front, we’ll be keeping close tabs on Mike Williams (ankle), Darnell Mooney (leg), Kadarius Toney (hamstring), Jerry Jeudy (ankle), Rondale Moore (groin), Romeo Doubs (ankle), and Jakobi Meyers (shoulder) as the week progresses. All of these players have big impacts on how targets could be divvied up on their respective teams, so knowing who benefits or takes a backseat with or without them is crucial.
Some bubble receivers in shallower leagues with tough Week 13 matchups include Michael Pittman Jr. and Parris Campbell (@ Cowboys in Week 13), Gabriel Davis (@ Patriots), Chase Claypool (vs. Packers), Treylon Burks (@ Eagles), JuJu Smith-Schuster (@ Bengals), Brandin Cooks (vs. Browns), and Adam Thielen (vs. Jets). Pittman is especially tough to sit in PPR leagues – and JuJu and Davis always have high ceilings – but these players are all a bit more TD-dependent than usual this week.

Other bubble WRs with rough Week 13 matchups who could be avoided in deeper leagues include Marquez Valdes-Scantling (@ Bengals), Jarvis Landry (@ Buccaneers), Robert Woods (@ Eagles), Curtis Samuel (@ Giants), Van Jefferson (vs. Seahawks), and Julio Jones (vs. Saints). Similar to the WRs mentioned in the previous paragraph, to get an effective fantasy performance from these wideouts, you’ll likely need them to score a touchdown. Depending on your situation, it might be beneficial to opt for WRs who can rack up cheap catches, as none of these guys is a lock for even three catches.

Sticking to shallower leagues, the WRs who could rack up cheap targets in plus matchups include Garrett Wilson (@ Vikings), Diontae Johnson and George Pickens (@ Falcons), DeVonta Smith (vs. Titans), Drake London (vs. Steelers), Allen Lazard and Christian Watson (@ Bears), Darius Slayton (vs. Commanders), Courtland Sutton (@ Ravens), and Tyler Boyd (vs. Chiefs). All have highly favorable matchups and should see at least six targets. Lazard and Watson are minor worries if Aaron Rodgers (oblique) is out, but neither had a problem connecting with Jordan Love last week, and we know Watson in particular is a big-play-waiting-to-happen.
WEEK 13 FANTASY PICKS: Sleepers | Busts | Start ’em, sit ’em
The top widely available streaming options with favorable matchups this week include Zay Jones (@ Lions), Elijah Moore (@ Vikings), Richie James Jr. (@ Commanders), Olamide Zaccheaus (vs. Steelers), Mack Hollins (vs. Chargers), Quez Watkins (vs. Titans), DeAndre Carter (@ Raiders), Kendall Hinton (@ Ravens), Jauan Jennings (vs. Dolphins), and DJ Chark and Jameson Williams (vs. Jaguars). Jones is by far the best PPR option after back-to-back games with 10 targets, while Carter, Zaccheaus, and Jennings are coming off games with at least seven targets. Williams, who’s been out all year with a knee injury, is the most intriguing, as his explosive ability could be on display right away.

With the exception of Jones, none of these receivers are sure things, especially in PPR formats, but they all have relatively high ceilings and decent floors this week.
